Need Help Getting Back to Your Photos?

Your Foto on the Go Photo Claim Card connects you to the gallery used by your photographer. If the card is lost or the QR code is not working, we can help you get back to the correct gallery.

I Still Have My Claim Card

If you still have your Photo Claim Card, use the QR code on the back to open the correct gallery.

Open the camera on your phone.

Point it at the QR code on your Photo Claim Card.

Tap the link that appears and follow the gallery instructions.

I Lost My Claim Card

We do not need to search through individual photos. We need enough information to identify the correct photographer/gallery so we can send you the right QR code.

The most helpful details are:
Date, city/location, approximate time, and Photographer ID if you remember it.
