Important: Submitting this inquiry does not reserve your date. Your event becomes Booked only after the rental agreement is signed and the required 50% initial payment is received.

Before you send your request, take a look at our service area. Travel charges are based on your event location and will be included in the personalized price sheet we send you.

WHITE — OPEN
GREEN — PENDING
RED — BOOKED
Open dates are available for inquiry. Pending means another customer is currently working through the booking process. Booked dates are reserved. No customer names or private event details are shown.

Props & Special Items

Standard props are available with your booking. After we review your event, we will send you a Standard Props List showing the standard props available for your date.

Pricing
Personalized Price Sheet: After we receive your event information, Foto on the Go will prepare and send you a personalized price sheet based on your requested rental hours, event location, applicable travel charges, and any special props or special items requested. A Standard Props List will be sent with your personalized quote. There is no obligation to book by submitting this inquiry.
Referral / Customer Code
After we receive your inquiry, Foto on the Go assigns your permanent customer code from the FTG-CC sequence. That code stays with you whether you book this event or not.

What Happens Next

Customer Code

HQ assigns the next permanent FTG-CC code.

2

Availability + Quote

We check the calendar and prepare your personalized price sheet, including travel and special items when applicable.

3

Agreement + 50%

Your event becomes Booked after the agreement is signed and the 50% initial payment is received.

4

Final Preparation

Final payment is due 7 days before the event unless authorized by the owner.
